The Grande Prairie Public School Division is seeking employees for a summer student work crew. Summer students work 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
Responsibilities Include
- general building maintenance and grounds keeping
- operating and use of necessary equipment, tools or machinery
- adhering to all safety procedures
- strenuous physical labour including lifting up to 50lbs
The Successful Applicants Will Have
- a valid driver’s license
- a clear Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Check and Child Intervention Record Check

Eligibility
To be eligible for student summer employment, individuals must be:
- legally eligible to work in Canada
- enrolled in a post-secondary institution or just recently graduated within the last 6 months
- returning to academic studies in September
- be located in Alberta during their term
