Cleaners will be responsible for:
The responsibilities for the job of Cleaners are as following.
- Perform routine cleaning duties in line with assigned scopes of work
- Ensure all areas meet presentation and hygiene standards
- Operate cleaning machinery (scrubber, buffer, sweeper – if trained)
- Adhere to WHS (Work Health & Safety) requirements
- Communicate effectively with team members and site management
- Meet and maintain KPIs for both clients and the company
What are we looking for Cleaners:
The requirements for the job of Cleaners are as following.
- Basic computer literacy (for logging in/out, incident reporting, etc.).
- Knowledge of commercial or retail cleaning practices (advantage).
- Previous cleaning experience (preferred but not essential).
- Experience in customer service (desirable).
Skills and Knowledge Desired:
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Customer service mindset with professional communication.
- Basic computer literacy (for digital sign-in/reporting systems).
- Ability to work independently or in a team.
- Prior cleaning experience (commercial/retail preferred).
