Cleaner Jobs Full Description
We looking for 2 Night shift cleaners working Monday to Sunday at our commercial sites in Tauranga. We offer a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week. Wage range is $23.50 – $24.00 per hour, depending on your experience.
- Basic cleaning in and around residences or office buildings
- Performing various cleaning actions, including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows
- Cleaning and polishing floors and rooms
- Cleaning restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures and mirrors, spot cleaning doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, cleaning toilets and urinals
- Emptying trash and recycling receptacles into the appropriate waste bins and ensuring that receptacles are kept clean and odor-free
- Setting up, stocking, and maintaining equipment and supplies
- Performing routine inspections
- Notifying management in case there is a need for repair or intervention
- Following all health and safety regulations
Our Requirements
- Working hours are 7pm to 12pm daily Monday to Sunday
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
- Reliability, integrity, and good interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- Knowledge of various cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Not allergic to chemicals
