Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Supervise daily warehouse operations across various material types including generation, transmission, and distribution supplies.
 - Implement and monitor safety protocols as per industry standards.
 - Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.
 - Lead and manage on-site warehouse teams, including technicians and storekeepers.
 - Handle reporting, inventory control, and system updates using relevant software.
 - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely material handling and delivery.
 - Conduct safety audits and staff training on warehouse procedures and equipment usage.
 
What are we looking for Warehouse Supervisor:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent).
 - Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
 - Proficiency in English and Arabic – both written and spoken.
 - Strong computer skills; familiarity with warehouse management systems.
 - Must hold a valid safety certification recognized by relevant authorities.
 - Willingness to work in outdoor and indoor environments as per site requirements.
 
Skills and Knowledge Desired:
- Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).
 - Minimum height of 160 cm and ability to reach 212 cm while on tiptoes.
 - No visible tattoos in uniform (no covering with bandages or makeup).
 - Strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness.
 - Ability to relocate to Dubai, UAE and meet employment visa requirements.
 - Willingness to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
 - Warm, confident, and engaging personality
 - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
 - Ability to remain calm under pressure
 - High attention to detail and a polished appearance
