Every day, in every way, we bring real heart to work. It’s what drives us to deliver our refreshingly different person-first commitment to care. We are seeking a Driver to join West Auckland Laundrylocated in Blockhouse Bay on Casual basis only.
Where You Will Make an Impact
- Drive residents around for GP appointments, supermarket shopping, and other planned activities.
- Maintain the safety of residents at all times.
- Abide by driving safety rules and regulations as per the road code.
- Assist with loading residents safely into the Bupa van including usage of van hoists.
- Show a caring and considerate attitude to residents, visitors, and other staff.
What About You
- Previous experience working as a driver.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, enthusiasm, strong empathy, and a passion for making a difference to our residents’ lives.
- You will be a team player, with the ability to work independently, and who is prepared to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into whatever needs to get done.
- A full Drivers Licence is essential. Must be current, clean, and free of endorsements.
- A current First Aid certificate is essential.
- Applicants must be legally entitled to work in NZ.
