T20 World Cup Final; Two key English players declared fit

Melbourne (Sports Desk) The final of the International Cricket Council (ICC) T20 World Cup will be played tomorrow Sunday between Pakistan and England teams.

Before the final of the mega event, England coach Matthew Mott said that the team management intends to include fast bowlers Mark Wood and David Mullan in the team for the final against Pakistan.

Talking to the British Broadcasting Corporation, he said that we don’t have much time for the last match, during which we have to practice, the playing eleven will be selected before the match.

It should be noted that fast bowler Mark Wood and batsman David Mullan were injured during the Super 12 stage match against Sri Lanka in Sydney. Both players were not part of the squad for the semi-final against India as well.

In the semi-finals, Chris Jordan and Phil Salt were added to the final eleven. Remember that fast bowler Mark Wood has guided 9 players to the pavilion in four matches in the World Cup.

On the other hand, the final match is expected to be affected by rain, regarding which the ICC has changed the rules. The Event Technical Committee has changed the playing conditions to make the final decider of the World Cup, if the match is incomplete in case of rain on Sunday, then the match will be completed on the next day i.e. Monday.

In case of no result of the match even on the reserve day i.e. Monday, the additional duration of the game has been increased from 2 hours to 4 hours. ICC says that every effort will be made to complete the match on Sunday itself, in case of rain, the match will be started at 3 o’clock on the next day i.e. reserve day.
