Key Responsibilities

  • Format and proofread written manuscripts and captions
  • Maintain project folders and naming conventions
  • Assist with strategic planning and onboarding documentation
  • Support metadata entry for YouTube, eBooks, and audiobooks
  • Contribute to internal documentation and creative workflow checklists

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable using Google Drive, Microsoft Office, or similar tools
  • Quiet attention to detail and care for creative work
  • Interest in literature, philosophy, or multimedia storytelling
  • Prior experience not required, just consistency and curiosity
